What You'll Be Doing:

You aren't just a number-cruncher; you're a consultant and a leader. Your day-to-day will look like:

• Reviewing Complex Returns: Handling S-Corps, Partnerships, and high-net-worth individual returns with precision.
• Tax Planning & Strategy: Sitting down with clients to help them keep more of what they earn.
• Mentoring: Helping our staff accountants grow their skills and navigate tricky tax code.
• Client Relationships: Acting as the go-to expert for a diverse portfolio of businesses and individuals.

What We're Looking For:

• The Credentials: You're a CPA (or EA) with 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• The Brain: You have a deep understanding of federal and state tax laws but can explain them to a client without using "tax-speak."
• The Vibe: You're proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You take your work seriously, but not yourself.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with modern tax software and paperless workflows.
