As part of Withum's renowned Tax Services Group, you will be among a brilliant team of experts dedicated to meeting tax reporting obligations accurately and on time, while also minimizing or deferring tax payments. With a comprehensive understanding of international, U.S. federal, state, and local regulations—enhanced by our affiliation with HLB International—you will help clients develop effective tax strategies globally. Our services range from Business and Individual tax to R&D Tax Credits and specialized International and Private Client services.

• Reviewing complex corporate tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships.
• Strategic client planning, advising on federal and state compliance issues.
• Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.
• Identifying opportunities for tax planning.
• Engaging in constructive feedback discussions with team members regarding their evaluations and professional growth.
• Participating as an instructor or discussion leader in professional development programs.
• Seeking and developing new client relationships and business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license or Master of Science in Taxation.
• 8+ years of experience in the tax department of public accounting, with proven experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Exceptional analytical and technical tax expertise.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills with a track record of developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and projects in a fast-paced, interactive, results-driven environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring qualities, along with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective client representation.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation for this position will vary by location. Candidates residing in different states may receive varying salaries. In addition to competitive compensation, Withum offers a comprehensive benefits package and a performance-based bonus program based on individual and company performance.
