Portfolio Manager – High Net Worth Client Manager
Responsible Growth and an inclusive workplace: this role serves as the investment quarterback for complex high net worth and ultra‑high net worth client relationships, managing discretionary portfolios and providing advisory services.
Job SummaryWorks with complex High Net Worth Investors to create customized investment strategies. Responsible for understanding strategic investment objectives, spending policy needs and unique client/prospect goals to provide guidance and develop, implement and manage investments.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, design and oversee all aspects of portfolio construction, including manager selection.
- Oversee the completion of investment policy statements.
- Act as a technical/industry expert in managing complex individual and family client relationships.
- Support PC teams in communicating investment philosophy and solutions to prospects and existing clients.
- Develop and recommend strategies to achieve investment goals.
- Meet with clients to review investment performance and forecast market changes based on economic and industry analysis.
- Execute all trades, maintain investment action plans, monitor and address overdrafts, conduct Reg. 9 investment reviews, and document account activities.
- Support revenue growth by meeting individual investment management, credit and deposit goals.
- Develop and market specialized asset allocation products and services.
- Supervise, mentor and coach junior staff.
- 10–15 years of investment decision‑making and financial consulting experience with high and ultra‑high net worth clients.
- Progressive responsibility at a prestigious financial services firm, preferably in wealth management, private banking or trust.
- Extensive knowledge of fiduciary and financial products and services.
- Broad technical knowledge of investments, tax, legal and operations.
- Strong negotiation, delegation, leadership and client‑service skills.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
- Professional credentials such as CPA, CFP, or CFA.
- Graduate degree (MBA, JD) preferred.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Work ScheduleFirst shift (United States), 40 hours per week.
Pay and BenefitsAnnualized salary: $ – $, based on experience, education and skill set. Eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and annual discretionary award.
