Summer 2026 Finance Internship – Financial Reporting

Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment that will grow your finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un‑carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. The intern will have the opportunity to experience a fast‑paced quarterly financial reporting cycle.

• Participate in quarterly financial reporting including preparing and validating the data included in Form 10‑Q.
• Perform data validation over quarterly earnings materials including our investor factbook and earnings release.
• Cross‑team with multiple functions including accounting, tax, legal and investor relations during the earnings cycle.
• Interact with external auditor and assist with data requests for the quarterly review.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed for management.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Excellent interpersonal work ethic and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with ambiguity.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and demonstrate understanding of broad business and financial issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
• Employees of T‑Mobile or Metro by T‑Mobile are ineligible for internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F‑1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
