Summary
Strategic, analytically driven finance leader responsible for evaluating and shaping capital deployment across the supply chain network. Own end-to-end financial evaluation of strategic investments, build driver-based models and scenario analyses, and translate results into executive-ready recommendations. Hybrid role based in downtown Seattle with significant cross-functional partnership and team leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Lead financial evaluation of supply chain strategic investments and network optimization from opportunity identification through post-investment performance tracking.
- Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses to frame trade-offs and inform senior leadership decisions.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic business models and projections, surfacing ROI risks and investment trends.
- Deliver operating cadences for diagnosis, scenario modeling, leadership alignment, and performance reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Design financial governance frameworks for transformational investments to ensure disciplined capital allocation and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Engineering stakeholders to translate findings into cross-functional alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of individual contributors through clear direction and prioritization.
- 5-7 years of progressive finance or economics experience with demonstrated ability to influence senior‑level outcomes.
- 3-5+ years of supply chain finance or operations experience.
- Proven track record building scalable, driver‑based financial models and conducting scenario analyses in complex environments.
- 3+ years of people management experience and strong executive presence to influence across functions and levels.
- Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, executive‑ready narratives.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and data aggregation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
