Role Overview :

Circle Ventures Director will define the brand, investment systems, and theses for Circle's venture program; source and execute high-conviction investments; and convert portfolio relationships into durable strategic advantage for Circle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape how Circle invests and partners to build the ecosystem around USDC, programmable money, and next-generation financial infrastructure
- Build and lead venture investment programs including the Arc Builders Fund
- Define venture brand, investment systems, and theses at the frontier of fintech and crypto
- Source and execute high-conviction investments in fintech, crypto, and emerging financial infrastructure
- Drive ecosystem leadership and convert portfolio relationships into strategic advantage
- Combine strategy, program design, investor influence, venture investing, and ecosystem leadership

Requirements:

- Deep experience building and leading venture investment programs
- Nuanced understanding of fintech, crypto, and emerging financial infrastructure
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration
