Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and present financial statements and reporting packages
- Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to deliver actionable insights
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities
- Oversee ERP systems and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and tax regulations
- Lead inventory and cost accounting, including controls and valuation
- Support budget, forecasting, and audit processes
- Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve margins and efficiency
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience; bachelor’s degree, CPA is a plus
- Background in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods/food manufacturing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with cost accounting and inventory management
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop staff
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset
