Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and present financial statements and reporting packages
Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to deliver actionable insights
Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities
Oversee ERP systems and drive process improvements
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and tax regulations
Lead inventory and cost accounting, including controls and valuation
Support budget, forecasting, and audit processes
Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve margins and efficiency

Qualifications

8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience; bachelor's degree, CPA is a plus
Background in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods/food manufacturing is preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with cost accounting and inventory management
Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop staff
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset
