As a global actuarial consulting practice, we work with clients across North America, South America, Asia, and elsewhere. Our work focuses on constructing financial models and using them for financial planning, mergers and acquisition, embedded value, risk management, economic capital, principles‑based valuation, product pricing, stochastic analysis, ALM, and GAAP and statutory valuation and forecasts.

This position is for a Consulting Actuary – Life and Financial Services and is based in Milliman’s Seattle, Washington office.

The candidate should have excellent analytical, communication, time management, and organizational skills. They will construct and analyze financial models, provide advisory services on financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, embedded value, risk management, economic capital, principles‑based valuation, product pricing, stochastic analysis, ALM, and statutory valuations.

Designation of FSA or equivalent is required.

• 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the Life Insurance Industry
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in actuarial projection software
• Experience in asset modeling and ALM areas
• Experience with both U.S. and Bermuda reporting

• Previous consulting experience

• Available full‑time starting Summer or Fall 2026

The overall range for this role is $134,435 – $242,650. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, and certifications.
