The Mortgage Loan Officer will work within PNC’s Mortgage organization and be based in the Seattle, WA market. Job : R217524.

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeks prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients, and is responsible for sales calls.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions, refers products and services, reviews documentation for compliance, and manages the customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for complex borrowers.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that prioritize customer needs and satisfaction as the primary driver of business decisions.
• Managing Risk – Assesses and effectively manages all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay Transparency: Base Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00. Salaries may vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, or individual performance.
