Baker Tilly, a leading CPA advisory, is seeking a senior transfer pricing manager to join our growing Transfer Pricing practice. The successful candidate will advise multinational clients on transfer‑pricing planning and documentation while building relationships with our member firms worldwide.

• Encounter all aspects of intercompany pricing analyses, including tangible goods, services, intellectual property transfers and licenses, and tax‑authority interactions.
• Analyze and interpret client financial data and assess cross‑border intercompany transactions.
• Review transfers of tangible goods, services, and intellectual property transactions.
• Manage functional‑analysis interviews.
• Perform documentation, planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.
• Lead multiple transfer‑pricing engagements, ensuring quality tax planning and consulting projects for our diverse clients.
• Maintain technical competence by staying updated on trends, developments, and technical authorities, and applying them to complex situations.
• Collaborate and build relationships with Baker Tilly member firms worldwide.
• Provide technical guidance to tax professionals firm‑wide.
• Assist with engagement staffing, billing/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong internal and external client relationships.
• Invest in professional development through firm‑wide learning and development programs.
• Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

• Master’s degree in Finance or Economics (required).
• Eight (8) or more years of specific transfer‑pricing experience (required).
• Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates (desired).
• Experience creating and working with complex financial models, drafting functional analyses, and producing concise technical documentation (required).
• Leadership and supervisory skills, exceptional client service, commitment to continuous learning, ethical knowledge, and urgency for quality and timely project completion.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (highly preferred).

• National pay rate range: $146,760 to $278,240.
• California pay rate range: $155,500 to $278,240.
