Business Tax Advisor

We are seeking a Business Tax Advisor to deliver proactive, planning-driven tax services for our clients’ closely held businesses. This role is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with practical advice in a collaborative wealth management environment.

• Review and sign off on federal and state tax returns for corporations and partnerships
• Manage the full compliance process, including estimates, extensions, and K-1 coordination
• Advise on entity selection, restructuring, and tax‑efficient operating strategies
• Develop compensation and distribution planning strategies for business owners
• Analyze and recommend retirement plan options in coordination with broader planning objectives
• Support exit and succession planning, including business sales, ownership transitions, and generational transfers
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other internal specialists to integrate business tax strategies into comprehensive client planning

• Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience with an extensive background in entity taxation
• CPA or JD required;
  Master’s in taxation preferred
• Ability to manage multiple client engagement and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Willingness and desire to be part of a team

• Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000
