- Compensation: $70,000–$95,000 base + performance bonus | Full benefits
One Oak Wealth Management is a boutique wealth advisory firm looking for an experienced operations professional to serve as the operational core of our client experience. You will own the workflows, account administration, and service processes that allow our advisors to focus on clients — and our clients to feel the difference between a good firm and an exceptional one.

What You’ll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person
- Process account openings, transfers, and money movement requests through LPL Financial
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and account management systems
- Prepare advisors for client review meetings and coordinate logistics
- Champion AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and improve service consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years in wealth management, brokerage, or private banking operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms (Redtail, Wealthbox, or Salesforce a plus)
- SIE licensing and LPL Financial experience preferred
