This role supports multiple Financial Advisors by providing client service support, ensuring timely, accurate and complete client materials, advocating for clients, and promoting banking solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client service and educate clients on bank offerings.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
  • Assist in aligning practices with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients and manage risk.
  • Identify, deepen and maintain client relationships by emphasizing bank offerings and promoting banking integration into day‑to‑day practices, communicating outputs to the FA.
  • Support day‑to‑day team activities, covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, while leading with a client‑first mindset.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA SIE, Series7, and/or Series
    66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
  • Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.
  • Detail oriented, committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong computer application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).

Minimum Education

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Shift & Hours

1st shift (United States), 37.5 hours per week.

Location

Seattle, WA – 401 Union St, Rainier Square.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly rate $25.00 - $44.00, based on experience, education and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible. Eligibility to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Benefits included (industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, resources and support).
