Financial Solutions Advisor – Stage I
As an FSA I, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and use them to build and manage client relationships, provide financial advice, and deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions in our financial centers. You will collaborate with core banking and investment partners, present client recommendations, and prepare for progression to Stage II and future advancement within Bank of America and Merrill.
Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain Securities Industry licenses within the specified timelines.
- Acquire, build, and manage client relationships.
- Develop comprehensive financial solutions based on clients’ complex financial pictures.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to needed solutions.
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual Mandarin proficiency.
- Ability to self‑discipline time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to build peer relationships.
- Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests.
- Adaptable to new technologies and applications.
- Minimum of one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary schooling.
ScheduleMonday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required. Example shifts: 8 am-5 pm or 9 am-6 pm.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly pay range: $28.85 – $33.65, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits eligible.
