Associate Banker - Startup Banking

You are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to your clients. A role as an Associate Banker is for you. In this position you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients, cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, and build market share.

• Find ways to drive new client acquisition in partnership with the bankers.

• 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role.
• Outstanding professional reputation and integrity.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment.
• Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure, and negotiate accordingly.
• Extensive knowledge of products and services such as Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Superior knowledge of market dynamics and its business environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, oral, and written communication skills.
