Job Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) at Bank of America is a client‑focused role that combines financial advisory, core banking, and investment solutions. The position includes industry‑specific training, the acquisition of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and a structured progression into higher‑level advisor roles.

• Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within required timelines.
• Attend dedicated training and coaching to develop advisory, account management, and client‑experience skills.
• Build and manage client relationships, providing comprehensive financial advice and delivering client reviews and presentations.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
• Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment while prioritizing client interests.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with related background checks.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (minimum education). Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and client‑relationship abilities.
• Self‑disciplined ability to manage time and capacity, results‑driven mindset, and competency in learning new technology.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal SAFE Act registration requirements.
• Bilingual Mandarin strongly desired.

This role is fully benefits eligible. Pay is a base hourly rate of $28.85–$33.65, depending on experience, education and skill set. The position is not incentive eligible but offers predictable pay.

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Hours vary between 8a.m.–5p.m. and 9a.m.–6p.m. The role is available across multiple U.S. locations; the specific financial center will be assigned based on business needs.
