Wealth Management, Financial Consultant
We are looking for a seasoned wealth‑management professional to build and sustain high‑value client relationships. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, client‑centric service, and executional rigor.
Responsibilities- Act as the central point of contact for deep, long‑term client relationships.
- Develop referrals and leads from internal and external sources, including centers of influence.
- Understand each client’s family dynamics, financial goals, and philanthropic aspirations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement customized wealth‑management strategies.
- Coordinate specialists to provide holistic services such as wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
- Create tailored meeting agendas and presentations with proactive, targeted advice and a clear relationship timeline.
- Review client accounts to identify banking, investment, and advisory needs and anticipate opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to organic growth by expanding existing relationships and sourcing new ones.
- Participate in developing new and integrated solutions to meet evolving client demands.
- Close sales when appropriate by bringing in the right experts.
- Ensure smooth delivery of new services and communicate emerging needs.
- Integrate digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the client experience.
- Broad understanding of wealth‑management principles, including investment, tax planning, estate planning, and family governance.
- Proven ability to work across multiple disciplines and synthesize complex information.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
- Strong relationship‑management capabilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills with influence and negotiation prowess.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics) or equivalent experience.
- 10–15 years of industry experience, including substantial relationship and portfolio management exposure.
- MBA or Post‑Graduate Degree preferred.
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM certificate preferred.
- Series7 and 63 licenses required.
Salary Range: $236,555 – $414,115 USD (base pay).
