Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office is seeking a full-time, in-office Financial Analyst to support a top-performing multifamily investment sales team. The ideal candidate has strong financial analysis and valuation experience, advanced Excel/modeling skills, and excellent business writing abilities, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
This role supports the full investment sales process, including underwriting, valuation, market research, comparable analysis, and preparing client-facing financial materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
This role supports a Senior Agent or Agent Team The base hourly range for this role is $33.65 – $43.27 per hour. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance‐based bonus. The exact bonus amount is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.

* Prepare financial models for commercial real estate valuation
* Underwrite multifamily properties and analyze investment performance
* Prepare marketing proposals and meeting presentation materials
* Conduct market research to support underwriting and property evaluations
* Track market trends, including rental growth, development activity, and sales comparables
* Respond to client requests for property information in a timely and professional manner### ### Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience in financial analysis and real estate underwriting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple assignments
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
