Job Summary
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – responsible for building client relationships, guiding financial decisions, and delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within the required time frames.
- Participate in Academy training and one‑on‑one coaching to develop advisory skills.
- Acquire, build, and manage client relationships across a portfolio of clients.
- Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs.
- Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with all required background checks.
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adapt quickly to new technology or applications.
- Ability to obtain required industry licenses within the specified time frames.
- Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Results‑driven mindset prioritizing clients’ interests.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Bilingual in Mandarin (strongly desired).
- Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.

Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days. Position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements; failure to register or maintain registration may result in termination.
Schedule & CompensationShift: 1st shift (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays). Hours per week: 40. Sample shifts: 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, etc. Pay range: $28.85 – $33.65 per hour (base only, no incentive).
