Financial Solutions Advisor Stage - Registration - Beacon Hill Financial Center

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
• Conduct client reviews and presentations, including a review of investment goals and recommended products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, banking, and managed money solutions.
• Engage and share value proposition with customers in the lobby.
• Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Participate in ongoing training and interaction with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Complex.
• Act as a bridge between banking and brokerage, requiring general awareness of core banking and investment solutions.

• Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) must be obtained within 120 days.
• Strong communication and computer skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to adapt and seek solutions for clients in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understand and comply with SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and maintaining good standing.

• Minimum education:
  
  High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School or equivalent.
• Shift: 1st shift (United States).
• Hours per week: 40.
• Pay range: $28.85–$33.65 per hour.

• This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
