The candidate is expected to demonstrate sound credit judgment, proactively manage risk, and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The candidate will also advise clients and prospects on a broad range of commercial banking products and ancillary services, identify cross‑sell opportunities and make appropriate referrals to internal partners. The candidate will serve as a brand ambassador for U.S. Bank, representing the organization in the local market, building relationships with real estate professionals, and supporting the Bank’s visibility through industry engagement and events as applicable.

Success in this role requires the ability to effectively collaborate across product teams to deliver comprehensive, client‑centric solutions and support the continued growth of the CRE platform.
