Overview
Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Management team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to our clients through a range of account support functions.
Responsibilities- Provide account support services, including onboarding, account maintenance, distributions, portfolio accounting, and reporting.
- Support multiple wealth advisory teams by ensuring accurate and timely account information.
- Assist clients and the wealth management team with preparation of account applications and asset‑transfer forms.
- Help the compliance and wealth management teams meet internal and external regulatory requirements for new accounts and assets.
- Prepare and update financial schedules, analyses, client presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Draft and process correspondence to clients, and communicate with clients via telephone and email.
- Assist during tax season, including sending account statements to CPAs and clients.
- Maintain electronic and physical records and files in an orderly manner, and update client information in the company’s databases.
- Support office staff with Docu Sign letter preparation.
- 1+ year of relevant experience, including internships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn additional software.
- Experience with portfolio management systems (Tamarac, Axys, Orion) and CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
- Moderate understanding of investment products and investment operations.
- Annual cash bonus (potential).
