Associate Banker - Startup Banking – JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Seattle, US

You are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to clients. In this role you will work independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to the world’s most innovative companies. You will be instrumental in covering new prospects, deepening existing client relationships, completing portfolio reviews, and building market share. You will promote both internal and external client dialogue and must have a deep knowledge of Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, and Merchant Services.

As a key player in our multinational team you will collaborate closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core. We value cross‑border business interest, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, partnership, exceptional work ethic, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role.
• Outstanding professional reputation and integrity.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment.
• Ability to assess risks in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly.
• Extensive knowledge of products and services.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Superior knowledge of market dynamics and its business environment preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, oral, and written communication skills.
