Position Overview
Great opportunity to join our Global Commercial Banking (GCB) Healthcare, Technology & Sponsors (HTS) Team focusing on the Technology industry. GCB provides a wide range of solutions to Technology and Emerging Growth companies, including Global Treasury Services, Credit, Risk Management (FX & Derivatives), Capital Raising & Investment Banking Services, Wealth Management and Financial Life Benefits.
This role is part of a 12‑month development program designed to build foundational knowledge and career‑specific sales and credit skills, with the goal of progressing to a Senior Relationship Manager position upon completion.
Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and prospects with annual revenues of $5 million to $2 billion, identifying opportunities and recommending integrated solutions that encompass multiple products and services as needed.
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of clients’ and prospects’ corporations, organizations, and related industries, while responding to changes in the business environment or client needs.
- Leverage ideas, insights, and relationships to generate new and incremental business for Bank of America.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates across Bank of America, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, to facilitate client relationships with product specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services.
- Design and implement a business plan that maximizes the profitability of each client and prospect.
- Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners.
- Motivate and influence client team members, assisting in their onboarding, coaching, and development.
- 10+ years of demonstrated sales experience, with a proven ability to drive revenue and build client relationships.
- Required licenses:
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and 63, to be obtained within 180 days of the start date. - Strong business development and analytical capabilities.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred majors: business, finance or economics. MBA desirable.
