Financial Solutions Advisor Stage - Registration - Beacon Hill Financial Center

Bank of America is hiring a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I – Registration Candidate to support retail banking and brokerage with comprehensive advisory services. The role bridges banking and brokerage and requires registration with the SEC series and compliance with the SAFE Act.

• Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve financial goals.
• Conduct client reviews and presentations, including investment goal reviews and recommendations of appropriate products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, banking, and managed money solutions.
• Engage and communicate the firm’s value proposition with customers in the lobby.
• Triage client leads and refer them to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Participate in ongoing training and interaction with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Complex.
• Maintain general awareness of core banking and investment solutions as the role functions as a bridge between the two areas.

• Series 7 & 66 must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Series 7 and Series 66 (Series 63 & 65 acceptable in lieu of 66 if previously held) are required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Must register with the SAFE Act and successfully complete the background check and registration process.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Hours per week: 40

Location: 4112 E Madison St, Madison Park, Seattle, WA 98115.

Pay Range: $28.85 – $33.65 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set. Base salary with no incentive eligibility.
