Job Description Summary
Under supervision, supports daily operations for clients’ retirement plans and their participants. You will work directly with the Senior Consultants on those clients and as part of a larger team to ensure general operations are running smoothly. You will oversee daily activities such as investing payroll contributions, determining participant eligibility for benefits, processing requests for withdrawal, and any other activity that the client and their participants may need.
Your guidance is provided to perform varied work that is difficult in nature, requiring evaluation, originality, and ingenuity to make moderately complex decisions.
This position will follow our hybrid work model. We expect the selected candidate to live within commuting distance of the NWPS Seattle, WA, Office.
Responsibilities- Manage retirement plan cash flow
- Monitor and analyze daily transactions and data collection
- Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy
- Review and execute trades as part of a nightly trading team, working non-standard hours one to three nights a week.
- Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Discuss retirement plan features with clients and their employees.
- Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent problem-solving capability

- Basic scripting
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Office and established databases
- Team player who can also be an independent contributor
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills sufficient to recognize and detect errors and offer resolution.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of associates and clients.
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce documents such as reports, graphics, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.

- Efficiently manage time and resources to overcome quantitative and analytical challenges as they arise.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Work under stress created by time deadlines and work volume fluctuations.
- Prepare and deliver clear, effective, and professional presentations.
- Communicate both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and external clients.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical major, or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial services.
- Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience approved by Human Resources.
General Experience - 13 months to 3 years.
Salary Range$55,000.00-$68,016.00
