Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading product experts supporting Global Transaction Services in client engagements, account management and closing complex, high‑value deals with strategic clients.
Responsibilities- Manage and actively pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of Not‑For‑Profit Healthcare and Higher Education companies.
- Identify and evaluate treasury solutions based on client‑focused cost/benefit analysis and bank‑focused profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with Client Managers, Treasury Sales Analysts, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, Global Investment Advisors, Card Managers, Trade/SCF Advisors, Liquidity Specialists and other partners to deliver U.S. and international treasury solutions that best suit client needs.
- Act as a digital ambassador, drive mobile, digital and real‑time payments adoption, and lead strategic dialogues around key client‑centric issues, leveraging best practices, benchmarking and industry analytics.
- Engage complex Not‑For‑Profit Healthcare and Private Higher Education clients as working‑capital, financial‑technology and trusted advisors, and participate in strategic conversations with C‑suite executives and Revenue Cycle teams.
- Lead speaking engagements with key industry organizations (HFMA,NACUBO) and create client/potential event programs around industry trends such as Innovation, Fraud, Patient Satisfaction and System Integration.
- Advise clients on P2E and digital strategies involving payments, receipts, liquidity, card solutions, revenue‑cycle solutions and e‑commerce.
- Drive expansion of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR) and lead client‑facing treasury presentations.
- Maintain a strong client focus while understanding the operational aspects of the bank and keeping momentum with existing clients and prospects.
- Minimum 5 years of Treasury Sales Officer experience with a track record in treasury management sales.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Broad familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends.
- Proven business development and relationship‑management skills with complex clients.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong executive presence, critical and strategic thinking, problem‑resolution, business/financial acumen.
- Ability to manoeuvre through the enterprise, engage partners and escape as required.
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team.
- Effective prioritization, risk management, and client‑satisfaction focus while operating individually and as a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in For‑Profit, Not‑For‑Profit, Higher Education or Healthcare banking / Revenue Cycle.
- 5+years of banking experience.
- Card‑solution experience.
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management or related field.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent MBA.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week:
40. Salary range:$127,500–$230,000annualized, based on experience, education and skill set. Inclusive of discretionary incentive plan.
