Finance Manager, Global Prime Finance

Prime Finance is looking for an innovative, data-driven Financial Manager to support some of the fastest growing businesses s is a high-visibility role that offers opportunity for career growth; the role requires a self-driven candidate with a mix of business judgement, ability to work with complex data, controllership and automation skills. This role will support and design Prime P&L where Prime Program has been launched, and build/improve metrics to evaluate program performance across countries.

This role will partner across functional teams and help create long term forecasts for the customer-loved Prime Program. If you enjoy using analytical skills to shape strategy and building scalable tools to drive quick decisions this will be a good match.

Key job responsibilities

- Facilitating financial review meetings with Business and Finance stakeholders to support decision making.

- Driving thought leadership in the area of quantifying the value of distinct customer behaviors.

-  Creating and improving financial metrics, reports and scorecards.

- Developing and leveraging relationships within a highly matrixed organizational structure.

- Being comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management.

- Ability to operate in fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

- 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience

- 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

- 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience

- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience

- MBA, or CPA

- Knowledge of SQL/ETL

- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
