This Investment Associate position is key within Lenora Capital, Brighton Jones’ private investment team, playing a crucial part in sourcing, evaluating, and supporting investments in private companies and fund managers, thereby directly impacting client success and the firm’s growth trajectory.

Source, evaluate, and support private market investments and fund managers across the full investment lifecycle. - Tech Stack:

- Drive investment projects:
Independently take ownership and manage assigned projects, investments, or advisory opportunities, ensuring thorough execution from initiation to completion. - Manage deal flow:
Actively source, track, and manage deal flow across diverse private market opportunities, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate, to expand the investment pipeline. - Conduct due diligence:
Perform rigorous financial analysis, modeling, and comprehensive due diligence to meticulously evaluate potential investments, identifying key insights and risks. - Support portfolio companies:
Provide consultative support to portfolio companies through initiatives such as financial modeling, recruiting assistance, and business development efforts. - Provide internal advisory:
Partner with internal advisors to deliver insightful recommendations and strategic guidance on private investment opportunities, and contribute to internal educational initiatives.
- Background:
Undergraduate degree required, with foundational knowledge of the investment industry and strong business acumen. - Experience:
2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, investment consulting, or related investment roles. - Skills:
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments independently; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Bonus:
Series 65 license, CAIA or CFA charter candidate.
