We are seeking an experienced D365 Functional Lead – Finance (F&O) to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, working closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation of D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting & Forecasting).
- Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs, FDDs, and fit-gap analysis.
- Configure finance processes, chart of accounts, posting profiles, and financial dimensions.
- Lead functional teams and coordinate with technical teams.
- Manage SIT, UAT, data migration, go-live, and Hypercare support.
- Act as the primary contact for finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 12+ years of ERP implementation experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Cost Management, Taxation, Compliance, and Auditing
. - Experience with Azure Dev Ops/Jira, Excel, Visio
, SIT/UAT, and data migration. - Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
