AB seeks a Finance Analyst to drive WW Flywheel Input strategic initiatives. The role will serve as the strategic finance partner with primary focus on the core programs across AB Pricing/Selection, working with WW AB Flywheel Inputs leadership team (LT), program managers (PMs), Category Business Development (CBD) teams, and other cross‑functional teams to drive value through financial controllership and strategic analysis.
The successful candidate will be a self‑starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

You will work closely with business partners and get exposure to senior leaders, and become a subject matter expert.
We are looking for individuals who can engage business partners to drive results and who welcome the challenge of building structure and supporting high growth in a fledgling organization with senior management visibility.
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of contributing to cross‑functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
- 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
