Job DetailsWe are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a keen interest in wealth management, real estate tax, and high net worth individuals. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned tax professional with experience in venture capital, 1031 exchange, fiduciary, and gift preparation.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including wealth management, real estate tax, individual income tax, and fiduciary.
- Provide expert tax advice to high net worth individuals, guiding them through complex financial scenarios.
- Perform detailed tax reviews and prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Work closely with clients involved in venture capital, ensuring their tax obligations are met and financial goals are achieved.
- Manage 1031 exchanges, ensuring compliance with tax laws and optimizing financial outcomes for clients.
- Advise on gift tax planning and preparation, ensuring optimal tax strategies are implemented.
- Stay abreast of current tax laws and regulations, ensuring our company and clients are always compliant.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and comprehensive service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax management role, with a focus on wealth management, real estate tax, and high net worth individuals.
- Proficiency in CCH or equivalent tax software.
- Demonstrated experience in venture capital, 1031 exchange, fiduciary, and gift preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and accurate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of tax management.
