Position: Client Relationship Consultant 3 (Banker) - University QFC - Seattle, WA

Client Relationship Consultant – A client‑facing role that engages customers via in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance, assess needs, and recommend appropriate product solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
  • Assess and address customers’ banking needs, gathering and processing account information.
  • Educate clients on available deposit, loan, and digital products, and recommend solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Open new consumer and business accounts, execute service requests, and submit credit applications.
  • Provide consistent, optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.
  • Promote and demonstrate emerging self‑service digital products and services.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically four to five years of retail banking experience, or equivalent experience and training.
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills with clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and retail products.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
  • Digital‑first mindset, identifying true customer needs.
  • Advanced proficiency in making recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively.
  • Financial services industry experience preferred.

Compensation

Pay Range: $29.08 – $35.54 per hour (may vary by location).
