Client Relationship Consultant – A client‑facing role that engages customers via in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance, assess needs, and recommend appropriate product solutions.
Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Assess and address customers’ banking needs, gathering and processing account information.
- Educate clients on available deposit, loan, and digital products, and recommend solutions aligned with their goals.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, execute service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Provide consistent, optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.
- Promote and demonstrate emerging self‑service digital products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically four to five years of retail banking experience, or equivalent experience and training.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach.
- Strong communication and engagement skills with clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and retail products.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales campaigns and promotions.
- Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Digital‑first mindset, identifying true customer needs.
- Advanced proficiency in making recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively.
- Financial services industry experience preferred.

Pay Range: $29.08 – $35.54 per hour (may vary by location).
