Job SummaryGlobal Treasury provides, maintains, and evaluates financial tools that operations groups use to enhance their day‑to‑day operating efficiencies. This position will be a direct business partner for treasury‑related responsibilities to global shared services, the three Metal regions and respective regional shared service centers, global SLS, and supporting certain joint ventures. The position will own and manage specific processes as outlined below.
It will serve as the front‑line contact person as it relates to transaction inquiries/issues and other tasks that are administrative in nature. The role will also support digitalizing functions to automate treasury processes and improve efficiencies as needed.
- Global PCard Management
- Issuance of new cards
- Monthly spend analysis
- Bank and Merchant Account Administration
- Work with banks to investigate transaction issues/inquiries and communicate issues to businesses
- Open/Close all bank and bank‑related accounts
- Bank Fee monthly analysis
- Serve as Administrator for key bank portal applications
- Monthly Cash Vault Analysis
- Treasury Management System
- Maintain Portfolio of bank accounts
- Maintain Portfolio of Letters of Credits/Guarantees
- Maintain Portfolio of inter‑co loans and portal/pooling/netting transactions
- Prepare/distribute month‑end Treasury‑related general ledger information
- Monthly MTM FX Reconciliation/Analysis of Reasonability
- Additional TMS responsibilities as the role progresses
- Other
- Assist in Treasury‑initiated implementations as needed (e.g., Evaluation/roll‑out of new service providers for PCard, ACH outsourcing, TMS Enhancements, and 3rd‑party interfaces such as integration of bank 822 files)
- Ad Hoc analysis and projects as needed
As a member of Group Treasury, this position will interact with internal employees and external banking relationships globally at various levels which will require professional verbal and written communication skills.
Job Qualifications- Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business related discipline, preferably in Finance/Accounting.
- Job Related Experience
- 1-3 years of Corporate Treasury experience demonstrating strong familiarity with bank products (ZBA structures, ACH/Check Positive Pay, etc.) and bank documentation requirements for establishing new accounts.
- Experience using bank portals. Experience with BOA Cashpro, JPM Access, HSBC Net a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of KYC processes.
- Basic knowledge of organizational structures and other Corporate Governance information.
- Prior experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS) is a plus (e.g., Kyriba; FIS; GTreasury, etc.)
- Other required skills/certifications
- Ability to set priorities in a multi‑tasked environment.
- Candidate or definitive plan to earn the CTP designation.
Full‑time
Pay$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Hybrid remote in Chicago, IL 60606. Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift.
