We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to support our security finance program at a client site in Downtown Seattle, WA. In this role, you will oversee monthly invoicing across multiple regions, compare invoicing data to budgets, investigate discrepancies, and provide coordination, scheduling, and administrative support to help ensure financial goals are met on time and according to requirements.
You'll thrive in this position if you are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with strong organizational and communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Essential Functions
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or receivables required.
Core Competencies
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle and Power BI preferred.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with interpersonal and organizational savvy.
- Effective collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
