Client Services Associate

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Service Associate to join a growing investment management team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in financial services, wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or investment operations environments who thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven setting.

The Client Service Associate will play a critical role in supporting account onboarding, account maintenance, cash movement requests, and operational workflows. This position is primarily focused on transactional and administrative activities, partnering closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and an exceptional client service experience.

• Process new account openings, account maintenance requests, and cash raise transactions across RIA and client accounts.
• Provide operational support and data entry for client onboarding and ongoing account servicing activities.
• Review and process account changes, withdrawals, do-not-transact status updates, and other account maintenance requests.
• Monitor platforms and workflows to identify and process incoming paperwork and service requests.
• Support team-managed email communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Review and resolve reconciliation-related items, including delinked accounts, negative cash balances, and new account exceptions.
• Coordinate with custodians regarding service-related inquiries and required documentation.
• Maintain and update client information within Salesforce CRM and other internal systems.
• Partner with portfolio management, operations, trading, and distribution teams to support daily business activities.
• Ensure all requests are completed accurately, tracked appropriately, and followed through to completion.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with in financial services, wealth management, investment management, RIA, broker-dealer, or related environments.
• Strong operational and administrative experience supporting client account activities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

• Experience processing account onboarding, maintenance, transfers, withdrawals, or cash movements.
• Familiarity with custodial platforms and investment operations workflows.
• Understanding of investment account servicing and financial services operations.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
