Sr WM Client Relationship Consultant
Partners with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high‑net‑worth and complex clients. Works under limited supervision to operationally lead advisory teams, help clients achieve financial goals, implement financial plan recommendations, coordinate asset consolidation, and coach lower‑level Client Relationship Consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Manages and grows individual relationships with high‑net‑worth and complex clients across all products and services, focusing on building a book of businesses, strengthening relationships, and growing and retaining assets.
- Leads advisory team practice‑management meetings to promote efficient and effective practices and supports the team in overall book‑management strategy.
- Ensures delivery of client service and sales support as part of the Wealth Management advisory team, focusing primarily on advice implementation and asset consolidation coordination.
- Guides clients on income execution, including assisting with forms and reviewing them for accuracy.
- Performs registered and non‑registered activities related to identifying client needs and potential issues with current financial plans (estate planning, beneficiaries, etc.).
- Identifies client concerns and gathers additional information about current financial situations and future needs.
- Identifies sales and asset retention opportunities.
- Oversees sales‑cycle management activities, including follow‑through on asset‑growth opportunities to ensure timely execution.
- Supervises client outreach and marketing campaigns designed to educate clients on additional Wealth Management products and services.
- University degree preferred.
- 3+ years required; 5+ years preferred.

- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – multiple issuers required.
- Sedentary work.

Required Skills- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships, preferably with high‑net‑worth individuals or in a financial services environment.
- Required FINRA registrations:
Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63, and Series 65, plus a Life & Health Insurance License within 120 days of start date. - Understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth‑management solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with advisors, clients, and cross‑functional teams.
- 5+ years in wealth management, financial advisory support, or client service roles within the financial services industry.
- Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Collaboration, Consultative Communication, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Due Diligence, Practice Management Strategy, Prioritizes Effectively, Quantitative Analysis, Retirement Planning Selling, Sales, TIAA Products/Services Acumen, Wealth Management.
Anticipated Posting End Date:
Base Pay Range: $35.00/hr – $37.50/hr
