Cash Processor - Warehouse

Pay Range

$17.00 - $20.32 hourly (specific to OHI, DEL, NY, CA, CO, WA, MD, CT, IL, NV, KY, MI, NJ, ME, MO, MA, MT).

The Cash Logistics Processor supports branch operations by handling cash accounting, deposit processing, and secure logistics to ensure accurate and timely cash flow for banks and businesses worldwide.

• Check in all work and cash through window.
• Verify cash and perform data input into iTrack, mix and check all deposit types (check only, Compu Safe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed).
• Process check imaging into FIS system.
• Balance individual teller sells.
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
• Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day.
• Clean stations at end of day, bundle trash per procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no remaining work, print check manifest and confirm deposits match.
• Ensure imaged work and teller paperwork are delivered to appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately.
• Follow direction provided by supervisor and/or manager.

• 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, cashier, or teller environments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

• Cash handling experience in secure logistics or banking industry.
• Basic computer skills.
• 10-Key experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
