Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, seeks a Tax Manager to own US federal/state/local tax filings and ASC 740 provisions for the group. You’ll coordinate with Finance, cross-functional teams, and external advisors to support audits, SOX controls, and tax planning in a multi-entity environment.
You’ll bring 8+ years of corporate tax experience, CPA or Master’s in Tax, and deep knowledge of GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, BEAT, and FTCs.
