We are looking for a Finance professional to help steward our growth into this complex but fast-growing space. We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader to join our team, who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenges the status quo. Individuals in this role have advancement opportunities to support different businesses and multi-functional teams, to lead new programs and initiatives.

• Drive investment strategy discussion via insightful and relevant analysis
• Partner with Senior leadership to evaluate the financial impact of decisions
• Be a steward for maximizing long term free cash flow of investments
• Build financial projections for innovative growth models
• Partner with various business and tech teams to become a subject matter expert on systems and outcomes

They collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon. A typical day in this role provides an opportunity to innovate, identifying the high-priority work and projects supporting and solving complex problems that effect strategic decisions.

You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced Finance team whose mission is to be the trusted strategic advisor to the business, driving profitable growth and scale through innovation. This is a highly visible role within the finance team and requires a strong leader and open communicator. You will have a direct impact on our top and bottom line with the ability to deliver improvements for our teams.

You will be part of a growing, fast paced, and fun team. You will have ownership for the implementation of your work and you will see direct business improvements based on the results of your work.

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

• MBA, or CPA
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
