As a Deposit Relationship Manager , you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, client experience, and revenue growth, owning a book of sophisticated commercial and high-net-worth clients. Your mission: attract, deepen, and expand deposit relationships while becoming the go-to financial ally clients didn’t know they needed—but won’t want to lose.

What You’ll Do- Build & Expand Relationships: Develop and manage a robust portfolio of commercial and private banking clients, with a sharp focus on growing deposit balances and treasury relationships.
- Drive Deposit Strategy: Design tailored deposit solutions that align with client goals—optimizing liquidity, yield, and accessibility.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Move beyond transactions. Understand client businesses, anticipate needs, and deliver proactive financial insights.
- Collaborate to Win: Partner with lenders, treasury teams, and leadership to uncover cross-sell opportunities and deliver a seamless client experience.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence. - Own the Numbers: Manage portfolio performance, track growth metrics, and consistently exceed deposit and relationship targets.
- Champion Client
Experience:
Deliver white-glove service that turns clients into long-term advocates.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, treasury management, or deposit-focused relationship management
- Proven success growing deposit portfolios and cultivating long-term client relationships
- Strong understanding of deposit products, cash management solutions, and banking regulations
- A strategic mindset paired with a natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust
- Excellent communication skills—equally effective in boardrooms and casual client conversations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
