Credit Analyst

We're looking for a sharp, analytical Credit Analyst who doesn't just crunch data, but interprets it with clarity, confidence, and conviction. This role sits at the nerve center of lending decisions, balancing risk with opportunity and helping drive smart, strategic growth.

• Analyze commercial and/or consumer credit requests with a disciplined, detail-driven approach
• Assess borrower financials, cash flow, collateral, and overall creditworthiness
• Prepare clear, concise credit memos that tell a compelling risk story
• Partner with Relationship Managers and lenders to structure deals intelligently
• Monitor existing loan portfolios for performance, trends, and emerging risks
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards
• Contribute to ongoing credit process improvements and portfolio strategy

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-5+ years of credit analysis experience (commercial banking preferred)
• Strong financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling skills
• A disciplined mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to make sound judgments in complex or ambiguous situations
• Clear written and verbal communication skills-you can explain the  why , not just the  what
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Excel
