Associate Financial Advisor

Our client is a growing registered investment advisory (RIA) firm based in Bellevue, WA. Backed by a well-established referral network, the firm is known for its strong track record of promoting from within. They're looking to add Associate Advisors to help convert this referral pipeline into long-term client relationships.

This is a great opportunity for an advisor who wants to grow a book of business through warm, in-house referrals at a firm with a clear progression path.

• Build and manage a client book primarily through warm referrals from the firm's COI network
• Lead educational conversations with clients around investments and wealth management opportunities
• Guide clients through financial planning needs, including wills, trusts, and inheritance planning
• Convert qualified, warm leads into long-term advisory relationships
• Work alongside senior advisors and founders as business is passed down through the firm's growing pipeline

• 2-5 years experience at an RIA or sales-oriented advisory firm
• A sales-minded, relationship-driven approach to business development
• Series 65 or 66 license
• CFP, CFA, or CPWA designation is a plus, but not required
• 401(k) or retirement plan experience helpful
• Comfortable in an in-person, team-based environment (5 days on-site in Bellevue, WA)
• Candidates with an existing book of business are welcome — compensation for a book can be discussed separately

Compensation will be determined depending on experience level.
