Lead the teller line by scheduling tellers, overseeing staff, and coaching for enhanced customer experience and branch operations;
Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy per balancing guidelines;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and smoothly transition clients to bankers for advanced financial wellness conversations;
Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings and regulatory procedures;
Support Branch Manager in onboarding and training new tellers and ensuring branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls
