CLA Meridian Capital in Seattle seeks an Investment Banking Associate to join our growing team. You will assist in sell-side M&A execution, build financial models, prepare pitchbooks, and coordinate with clients and senior bankers to move transactions forward.
The role requires a bachelor's in finance/economics/accounting and 2 years of investment banking experience, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and modeling;
Series 63/79 licensing to be obtained within six months.
