About The PositionThe Vice President of Finance & Administration is a transformational finance leader who can operate at both ends of the spectrum architecting long-term financial strategy for a complex, multi-entity organization while also ensuring the fundamentals are executed flawlessly. This is not a role for someone who only thinks at the 30,000-foot level, nor for someone who only manages the details. We need both.
Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for fundamentally strengthening how EGNW's finance function works by standardizing and rebuilding financial processes to be scalable, auditable, and automation-ready. As the organization increasingly leverages AI and technology to streamline operations, this VP will be the architect of a finance infrastructure built for the future: clean, consistent processes; smart systems; and a team that spends less time on manual work and more time on meaningful insight.
EGNW operates across multiple legal entities and a growing, complex organizational structure. The VP must be capable of managing the financial complexity that comes with that — intercompany accounting, entity-level reporting, consolidated financials, and the strategic thinking to understand how the structure itself can be optimized over time. At the same time, this person owns the day-to-day: the bills get paid, the books close on time, and develops the team’s capabilities to support a growing and increasingly complex organization
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Financial Process Transformation & Automation- Lead a comprehensive assessment and redesign of EGNW's core financial processes including; accounts payable, accounts receivable, close, reporting, and reconciliation with the goal of standardizing workflows and eliminating manual, error-prone steps.
- Partner with the Technology team to identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation tools that streamline financial operations; serve as the finance function's champion for responsible technology adoption.
- Build and enforce process documentation standards so that every financial workflow is clearly defined, repeatable, and ready to be automated or handed off without institutional knowledge dependency.
- Drive continuous improvement across the finance function, measuring process efficiency and establishing benchmarks to track progress over time.
- Ensure financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools are optimized and integrated; evaluate new technologies and lead implementation efforts as needed.
- Oversee financial operations across all EGNW legal entities, ensuring accurate intercompany accounting, consolidated reporting, and entity-level transparency.
- Develop and maintain financial frameworks that can flex as the organizational structure evolves including new entity formation, restructuring, or changes to operating models.
- Ensure each entity meets its compliance obligations independently while contributing to a coherent, consolidated financial picture of the organization.
- Collaborate with legal and leadership teams on the financial implications of structural decisions, modeling scenarios and providing clear recommendations.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO on multi-year financial planning, capital strategy, reserve management, and long-range…
