Family Office Investment Research Analyst

• Assist the advisory team and ensure timely responses to client inquiries regarding investment information.
• Collect data from various sources, including internal investment platforms, research analysts, portfolio management teams, and news outlets.
• Prepare client reports, presentation materials, research summaries, and quarterly updates.
• Conduct research on portfolio performance, investment strategies, and technology.
• Support family advisors and maintain communication regarding capital markets and investment insights.
• Attend client meetings to provide updates and present investment strategies.
• Handle special client research requests and offer tailored investment recommendations.
• Utilize various investment platforms and tools to generate detailed client reports.
• Identify and implement strategies to streamline department processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on capital market trends and engage with asset managers and research firms.
• Contribute valuable research insights and analysis for investment committee meetings.
