Job Summary

A growing wealth management firm in the Seattle, WA area is seeking a Client Services Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, managing details, and supporting clients in a highly professional financial services environment.

The Client Services Specialist will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients while partnering closely with advisors, operations teams, custodians, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional, and personalized support.
  • Assist with client onboarding, account setup, documentation, paperwork processing, and follow-up communications.
  • Schedule client meetings, prepare materials, draft correspondence, and support advisors with ongoing client relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate client records, account information, service documentation, and activity notes within internal systems.
  • Coordinate with advisors, operations teams, custodians, and internal departments to ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support client events, meetings, presentations, and process improvement efforts that enhance the overall client experience.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $52,000 to $62,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Support day-to-day client service operations within a wealth management environment.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, account maintenance, and service follow-up.
  • Prepare client communications, reports, meeting materials, and account summaries.
  • Track client requests and partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in client services, customer support, banking, financial services, wealth management, or administrative coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional client service approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and manage client documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential client and financial information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build trust with clients and internal partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using CRM or client management systems.
  • Prior experience supporting advisors, bankers, financial professionals, or client-facing teams.
  • Interest in building a career within wealth management or financial services.
  • Familiarity with account maintenance, client onboarding, custodial paperwork, or financial services documentation.
