Global Equity Manager

Role Overview:

Manage global mobility client services, focusing on international employee tax and compensation strategies. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative tax solutions and develop expertise through engagements and training.

• Oversee client expectations and service delivery for international and cross-border employees
• Assist with internal risk management and compliance procedures
• Conduct client meetings and develop/ deliver presentations
• Analyze global tax calculations related to payroll and incentive compensation
• Contribute to the development and teaching of equity-based compensation courses

• At least five years of experience in expatriate tax, incentives, or related fields, with expertise in global compensation, employment tax, or corporate taxation
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
• Professional credentials such as CPA, JD, LLM, CEP, or Enrolled Agent (or ability to obtain within one year)
• Experience advising on incentive compensation and equity awards, with strong tax and compliance knowledge
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff
